Insights and current trends in European companies

The main purpose of this survey is to explore current attitudes and experiences related to organisational culture across Europe.

The survey is originally developed by Zara Whysall, a lead researcher and Associate Professor of Business Psychology at Nottingham Business School, part of Nottingham Trent University. Dr Whysall is a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, with over two decades of experience in consultancy and training roles in public and private sector organisations. More than 1000 managers and employees took part in the survey and the results were published in January 2025.

LS-S Leadership Support expands the scale of Dr Whysall’s survey by reaching out to organisations in Bulgaria, Germany and Romania.

Besides the kind support of Dr Whysall from Nottingham Trent University, LS-S Leadership Support carries out the survey in partnership with the Bulgarian Association for People Management (BAPM), ADG – Academy of German Cooperatives, Kommunikations Kolleg AG GmbH, Germany and Business Mark, Romania

This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. We appreciate and thank you for your participation. You will receive your copy of the results report free of charge.
